The national selection committee on Thursday named the squad for the upcoming home Test series, handing a maiden call-up to a young fast bowler on the back of a strong domestic season.
The squad retains most of the core group from the previous series, with the team management citing continuity as a key priority.
The first Test is scheduled to begin later this month.
